The Washington State TRIO Association is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to serve as our Scholarship Chair for this year. This is a great opportunity to support students across the state in achieving their educational goals while playing a key role in the success of our statewide scholarship program.

Key Duties Include:

• Leading the coordination and distribution of the WA State TRIO Scholarships

• Collaborating with the board to set scholarship timelines and application guidelines

• Facilitating the review and scoring process for scholarship applications

• Communicating with TRIO programs across the state to promote the scholarship opportunity

• Announcing scholarship recipients and supporting recognition efforts

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys student-centered work, collaboration, and contributing to equitable access to education. Prior experience with scholarships is helpful but not required—we’re looking for someone with strong organizational skills and a heart for service.
